The critically acclaimed, AAA Four Diamond-rated Bedford Village Inn Restaurant in NH welcomes diners with contemporary, regionally sourced cuisine served in a warm environment. We’re proud to support local producers and farmers from here in New Hampshire as well as elsewhere in New England; they supply the eggs used in our fluffy soufflés and the maple syrup drizzling down our buttermilk pancakes – not to mention many of our fresh meats and mouthwatering cheeses. Seafood from the shores of the North Atlantic, pork from Niman Ranch, and grain-fed Angus beef from the Midwest round out some of the superior ingredients used in our kitchen.
The BVI Restaurant also boasts a full pastry and bakeshop; our Pastry Chef oversees production of all baked products served anywhere on the property.

- Executive Chef
Executive Chef Peter Agostinelli brings over twenty years of culinary experience in several different restaurants. His love of food began as a child in his grandfather’s kitchen here in New England, and he claims that his approach is grounded in the Italian method, with a global infusion of technique and flavor. Peter developed his craft at Newbury College, and graduated with a Culinary Arts Degree in 1998.
Chef Agostinelli’s philosophy of using only the best ingredients complements the quality standard here at the Inn. "My love of food stems from my love of the ingredients used to prepare it. A perfect tomato or a beautiful piece of pork inspires me. When you are given the gift of something that so many people have had a part in growing or raising, it is the responsibility of the chef to do something with that item to honor it."
