A $100.00 reservation fee for brunch & dinner/$50.00 reservation fee for lunch (non-refundable) & a food and beverage minimum does apply to each reservation. Igloos can accommodate up to 6 guests. Igloos are heated with an air filtration system and sanitized heavily between each use. Igloos are available to be reserved for 2 hours offering our Tavern & Dining Room Menus (except on Holidays) in addition to our EXCLUSIVE Taittinger Igloo Garden Champagne & Cocktail Menu. 

Pricing: 

Lunch: $100 Food & Beverage Minimum. A non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee due at the time of booking. This may not be credited towards your Food & Beverage Minimum. 

Brunch: $150 Food & Beverage Minimu. A non-refundable $100 Reservation Fee due at the time of booking. This may not be credited towards your Food & Beverage Minimum. 

Dinner (Sun-Thurs): $200 Food & Beverage Minimum.A non-refundable $100 Reservation Fee due at the time of booking. This may not be credited towards your Food & Beverage Minimum. 

Dinner (Fri & Sat): $300 Food & Beverage Minimum.A non-refundable $100 Reservation Fee due at the time of booking. This may not be credited towards your Food & Beverage Minimum. 

No-Shows are subject to an additional $100 Cancellation Fee which will be charged to the card on file for your reservation.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

To ensure the safety and health of all our employees and guests, we will be operating based on the State, Federal and CDC guidelines, as well as the NH Governor’s Economic Reopening Taskforce Protocols. More information can be found here: https://www.covidguidance.nh.gov/. Please understand that we are limiting occupancy due to state guidelines. We will continue to remain vigilant, while creating an experience where you can feel comfortably distanced and confident that our team is doing their part to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

STAFF

Each member of our team is scanned with Infrared Thermometers upon their arrival for their shift. If their temperature indicates even a slight fever, they are sent home immediately. If they are experiencing any flu like symptoms, they are directed not to come to work. In addition, employees are required to report any symptoms of COVID-19, or close contact to a person with COVID-19.

All employees are required to wear facial coverings and maintain a 6-foot distance from others whenever possible. All employees have been provided training on new policies and procedures related to hand hygiene, cloth face covering use, social distancing, cleaning & disinfection etc. Staff members are required to attend weekly virtual meetings, during which they are provided up to date information and requirements provided by local government and the CDC.

DINING

At this time, we are offering Curbside Takeout 7 days a week. Orders can be placed online by visiting https://orderbvi.com/takeout-menu. In addition, the Tavern, Dining Room and Lobby Bar are open for indoor/outdoor dining at 50% capacity. In lieu of our regular menus, we are utilizing QR Code Technology for a touch-free and safe experience. Guests can use their smartphone to scan the code, which will display the dining menus. Disposable paper menus are also available upon request. Please visit our Dining Page for hours and menus. For overnight guests, A La Carte Breakfast is available in the Lobby Bar at the Grand, daily from 8am – 10am and room service is available daily from 11:30am – 7:00pm.

All tables are placed at least 6 feet apart and are limited to no more than 6 adults per table and no more than 10 individuals per table (ie: 6 adults, up to 4 children). All Servers and Staff are required to wear masks and take extreme safety precautions to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience while dining with us. Guests should wear a face cloth covering when entering and exiting, as well as visiting the restroom. Masks do not need to be worn when seated at your table. Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the property as well as outside each entrance. Public spaces, surfaces and restrooms will be maintained regularly by a Housekeeping Attendant and all front-of-house surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

In an effort to better trace Covid-19 infection points, the State of New Hampshire has mandated we request the names and phone numbers of our guests. Your information is private and will not be shared. If we are made aware of a positive case of Covid-19, you will be contacted immediately.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

  • HOTEL CHECK-IN & REGISTRATION: Glass shields have been set in place at each registration and guest services desk, to minimize exposure during check-in or other customer service-related contact with our Guest Services Representatives. Online Registration is available to eliminate the need to be in the Lobby for an extended period of time. To further ensure your safety, we have implemented a “Curbside Check-In & Bellman Service” available for all guests who have pre-registered online. If you are unable to complete your registration online, or prefer to check-in at our registration desk; please have your ID out and ready before approaching the desk. A member of our team will be controlling the occupancy during peak check-in times to prevent overcrowding in our Lobby where social distancing may be difficult. Each guest will be provided with a pre-sanitized set of room keys sealed in a plastic shield for your safety.
  • HOUSEKEEPING: To ensure adequate cleaning, guest rooms will not be reserved back-to-back to the best of our ability. Non-essential items have been removed including honor baskets, magazines, etc. All surfaces will be treated with EPA regulated disinfectant. Nitrile gloves and sanitizing rags will be changed and/or disposed of regularly. Bedding is washed no lower than 140 Degrees Fahrenheit (60 Degrees Celsius) to ensure any bacteria is exterminated. Limited Housekeeping Service and Turndown will be available upon request. We asked that you temporarily vacate the room during all housekeeping services to protect our staff as it may be difficult to socially distance.
  • PROPERTY AMENITIES: Services and amenities included in your stay have been modified to accommodate state regulations and to ensure the highest level of safety for our guests. Our Fitness Center, Pool and Spa will be available for guests by reservation. Some In-Room amenities will be available upon request to ensure proper sanitation in between use.
  • TOUCHLESS TECHNOLOGY: All guest rooms will be equipped with In-Room Tablets which can be used to extend reservations, purchase honor basket items or concessions, order room service and more! It will also allow you to send direct messages to our Front Desk Staff for any questions or requests.
  • CHECKOUT: Express Checkout will be completed unless otherwise requested. Your reservation folio will be delivered to your room during early morning hours. Any incidentals charges following Express Check-out will be charged to the Credit Card on file for incidental charges. Bellman services may be requested by phone or in-room tablet.

Beer vs. Bourbon Rivalry Dinner
April 29, Thursday 2021

Join us for an evening full of delicious food, beer, and bourbon! On Thursday, April 29th, we'll be hosting a Beer vs. Bourbon Rivalry Dinner in our Great Hall featuring a New England Brewery and a selection of bourbons from a Bourbon portfolio (to be announced soon). The dinner will consist of five rounds (or courses) each paired with a sampling of beer and bourbon. You'll be in charge of deciding whether the beer or bourbon pairing goes best with each of the four courses our Executive Chef, Tina Verville, comes up with. Who will come out on top? You'll be the judge. 21+ only. Tickets are $95++ (tax and service charges will be added upon checkout) and must be purchased in advance. Seats are limited.
