Since opening its doors in late 2008, our signature wine bar, Corks, has established itself as one of the area’s most sophisticated destinations. BVI’s very own Certified Sommelier oversees the wine program, blending the old with the new; chic décor features bamboo floors, rich cherry wood paneling, gold-flecked cork wallpaper, and an under-lit onyx bar. Corks offer wines by the glass and the bottle, as well as barrel samples, flights, and personal blends. A full bar is available too, as is a selection of draft beer and an inventive menu.
The artwork is as original as the room itself – lithographs created by French artist Gerard Puvis, using foil wraps from vintage wine bottles. And a customized sound system ensures that your music “pairs” well with your choice of wines.
One of the elements of which we are most proud here at Bedford Village Inn is our expanded wine cellar – home to over 8,000 distinguished bottles. Allow us to assist you in selecting the perfect vintage to compliment your meal. The BVI wine list has been recognized by The Wine Spectator with a “Best Of Award of Excellence”; other honors include the AAA Four Diamond Award and the DiRōNA Award.
